Consultant Neurosurgeon

A well-regarded opportunity is available for an experienced Neurosurgeon to take an independent role within a multi-specialty hospital. The position involves OPD consultations, emergency OT coverage, hospital rounds, and peripheral OPD services, with exposure to a broad range of brain and spine procedures.

Neurosurgical Setup

The 180-bed hospital has a running Neurosurgery department supported by Neurology, Orthopedics, Radiology, Critical Care, General Surgery, and other specialties. Its diagnostic infrastructure includes a GE Cath Lab, MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound, and digital X-ray, providing broad clinical and imaging support for complex surgical cases.

Surgical & Clinical Duties

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous system
• Perform procedures including tumor excision, spinal surgeries, and trauma care
• Provide post-operative and rehabilitative care to neurosurgical patients
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and ICU teams for integrated care
• Participate in emergency neurosurgical interventions and trauma management
