Medicine functions within this established multispecialty setup alongside the hospital’s surgical, cardiac, diagnostic, and other clinical services. The combination of these departments provides the broader clinical setting in which medical services are delivered.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Examine patients and assess presenting medical concerns.
• Determine appropriate treatment based on clinical findings.
• Review investigations and relevant medical information during patient evaluation.
• Follow patient progress and reassess treatment when needed.
• Refer or coordinate with other specialists when additional clinical input is required.
