Consultant Gynecologist

An established multi-specialty hospital in Sribhumi, Assam is looking for a Consultant Gynecologist to independently manage Obstetrics & Gynaecology services. The role includes handling OPD, IPD, and emergency cases while contributing to comprehensive women’s healthcare within a multidisciplinary hospital setup.

Hospital Services & Department Setup

The hospital has an established clinical setup covering Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Radiology, General Surgery and OT, ICU/Critical Care, Emergency, Laboratory/Pathology, X-ray and Imaging, Pharmacy, along with OPD and IPD services. The Consultant Gynecologist will work within this broad multidisciplinary environment while independently managing the Obstetrics & Gynaecology department.

Obstetrics & Gynecology Responsibilities

• Independently manage Obstetrics and Gynecology OPD, IPD, and emergency cases.
• Evaluate and treat routine and complex gynecological conditions.
• Provide antenatal, postnatal, and comprehensive obstetric care.
• Perform relevant gynecological and obstetric procedures as required.
• Coordinate with the hospital’s surgical, pediatric, anesthesia, and critical care teams.
