Consultant Gynecologist

An established Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in Madurai, Tamil Nadu is looking for a Consultant Gynecologist to join its clinical team. The position is particularly suited to a female candidate who can manage a busy OPD, handle routine obstetric cases, and participate in normal deliveries and LSCS procedures. Freshers with the required qualification can also be considered, making the opportunity suitable for doctors at an early stage of their consultant practice.

Established OBG Practice

The hospital operates a dedicated Obstetrics & Gynecology service with an established patient flow and a focused women’s healthcare practice. The department handles ongoing obstetric and gynecological consultations, with the consultant role involving regular interaction with patients across routine and pregnancy-related care. The hospital is empanelled with NABH and major TPAs, providing an established framework for the department’s clinical operations.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage obstetric and gynecological cases through regular consultations
• Conduct examinations, routine procedures, and patient assessments
• Provide antenatal, postnatal, and women’s healthcare services
• Handle normal deliveries and LSCS procedures when required
• Manage OPD patients and provide appropriate clinical follow-up
• Maintain patient records and coordinate care when required
