A priority opening is available for a Consultant Neurologist in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The position is intended for an experienced specialist who can manage routine neurological consultations as well as emergency cases within an established multi-specialty setup.

Neurology Department

The role is based within an established hospital environment with dedicated Neurology and Neurosurgery services, supported by General Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, and other specialties. The clinical setup also provides advanced neuro services covering brain and spine tumours, endoscopic procedures, skull base surgery, epilepsy surgery, and spine instrumentation.

Neurological Care

• Diagnose and manage neurological disorders such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis
• Conduct and interpret neurodiagnostic tests including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, physiatrists, and ICU staff for patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor progress and provide long-term management for chronic neurological conditions
