Consultant Neurologist

We’re looking for a Consultant Neurologist to join a reputed multi-specialty hospital in Bathinda, Punjab. This position suits a neurologist confident in handling cases independently, working alongside an existing team, and balancing both outpatient consultations and emergency neurological care.

Its clinical services include Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, Gastro Surgery, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, and Radiology, supported by CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, and Modular OTs. The running neurology department offers an opportunity to collaborate with multiple specialties while managing diverse neurological cases.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and treating conditions like stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis
• Running and reading neurodiagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies
• Working closely with neurosurgeons, physiatrists, and the ICU team on shared cases
• Building patient-specific treatment plans and adjusting them as needed
• Following up with patients on chronic conditions over the longer term
