Consultant Urologist & Renal Transplant Surgeon

We are hiring a Consultant Urologist & Renal Transplant Surgeon for a reputed multi-specialty hospital in Jalandhar, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) for kidney transplantation and determine transplant eligibility.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative assessment and post-operative management for both donors and recipients.
• Monitor transplant recipients for graft function, rejection, infections, and other post-transplant complications.
• Work closely with nephrologists, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and transplant coordinators to deliver multidisciplinary transplant care.
• Perform advanced urological procedures including PCNL, URS, RIRS, TURP, and laparoscopic urological surgeries as required.
• Maintain accurate transplant documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and national transplant guidelines.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Renal Transplant Surgeon with expertise in kidney transplantation to join a reputed multi-specialty hospital in Jalandhar.
• The role involves leading the hospital’s renal transplant program, including donor and recipient evaluation, transplant surgeries, and long-term follow-up care.
• The candidate should have experience in living donor and deceased donor kidney transplantation, donor nephrectomy, and management of complex transplant cases.
• Strong collaboration with nephrology, critical care, radiology, pathology, and transplant coordination teams is essential.
• Experience in advanced urological and minimally invasive procedures will be considered an added advantage.
